I practice an educational approach that empowers children to learn independently and find their own paths. Just as a single book opened my dream, I believe that diverse experiences are the key to unlocking dreams for children. Based on this, I strive for an education where children can grow through self-directed exploration and challenges. In the era of AI, I guide children toward artificial intelligence as a tool for learning, rather than something to be feared. Beyond mere technology, AI is a new window that expands children's experiences and potential. I aim to cultivate the ability to utilize it wisely rather than avoiding or rejecting it. Through the **Education ‘Blooming’ learning coaching program, I gained experience in self-directed learning coaching. By expanding my expertise in interpreting career and aptitude tests, I have guided students to explore and decide on their own career paths. Furthermore, through my experience with integrated education utilizing picture books, art, and gardening activities, I have conducted classes that simultaneously stimulate children's interest and motivation to learn. Moving forward, amidst the transition from an era of finding dreams through books to an era of expanding possibilities through AI, I will stand alongside children as they discover and pursue their own unique paths.
