Hello, this is Teacher Jongil. Over the past 15 years, I have taught more than 2,000 classes, sharing history with countless students ranging from elementary to middle and high school. Through this process, I have come to a firm conviction: History taught for exams is difficult and boring, but history encountered through stories makes children's eyes sparkle. My classes are living lessons that bring historical knowledge confined within books out into real-world settings, connecting them with actual sites, stories, and imagination. “Why did that happen?” “What happened next?” When these questions follow, history remains in the children's minds as a ‘drama.’ 📚 While based on textbooks, I do not offer simple summaries. 🎬 I create thematic storytelling classes that follow the flow of conflicts, choices, and changes in each era, much like time travel. Classes where children ask “Why?” for themselves, and walk through those times alongside historical figures. I want to convey history in this way.
