Hello, this is Instructor Belta, teaching with love (๑'ᵕ'๑)⸝* With the mindset that "my student is my family," I am a supporter who thinks together with children until they find their career direction and helps them solve problems on their own. I conduct career and counseling education for students ranging from elementary schoolers to adults. All classes are conducted in a "communicative and counseling style," rather than as one-way lectures where students simply listen! My motivation for starting counseling came when I met "out-of-school youth" and witnessed the changes they underwent while teaching them. I came to believe that if children have "one adult" who sincerely listens to their stories, they possess an inherent power to change. Since then, I resolved to become an educator and counselor who teaches children with love. My classes are a time where children feel secure, gain confidence, and take away a great deal through fun rather than boredom. The entrance examination system has changed, starting with the High School Credit System and the 2022 Education Revision. Designing a career path for children has become a crucial element, and we can see that they feel a great sense of fulfillment when they find work they enjoy. To children who feel afraid, lonely, and scared about the path of career, and who often feel disappointed in themselves wondering if they are lacking, I hope you will no longer be discouraged or burn out.
