ビジョントレーニングは、視力を回復させるトレーニングではありません。 目から入った情報を正しく捉え、脳で処理し、体をスムーズに動かすための「見る力」を育てるトレーニングです。
このレッスンでは、ご家庭でも続けられる内容を中心に、眼球運動や集中力アップにつながる楽しいトレーニングを体験していただきます。レッスン前後には簡単なチェックも行い、目の動きや見え方、体の使い方の変化を実際に感じていただけます。
対象は主に幼児・小学生・中学生ですが、高校生や大人の方もご参加いただけます。
私はビジョントレーニングインストラクター養成講師として、10年以上で累計10,000回以上のレッスン、300名以上の指導実績があります。これまで学校や地域イベント、高齢者施設などでもビジョントレーニングを実施してきました。
