ビジョントレーニングは、 目から入った情報を正しく捉え、脳で処理し、体をスムーズに動かすための「見る力」を育てるトレーニングです。
このレッスンでは、ご家庭でも続けられる内容を中心に、眼球運動や集中力アップにつながる、一流の見る力を「楽しく遊びながら」身につけていただきます。丁寧に指導させていただきますので、初めての方でも安心して参加していただける内容です。
レッスン前後には簡単なチェックも行い、数字が読みやすくなった、ボールがキャッチしやすくなったなど、実際に変化を感じていただけます。
対象は主に幼児・小学生（中学生ですが、高校生や大人の方もご参加いただけます。
私はビジョントレーニングインストラクター養成講師として、10年以上で累計10,000回以上のレッスン、300名以上の指導実績があります。これまで学校や地域イベント、高齢者施設などでもビジョントレーニングを実施してきました。
教具を使わなくてもご家庭で取り組める内容を厳選し、「今日から家でもできる」ことを大切にレッスンを行います。
