Hello! I am My Art Teacher, an art therapist who loves art. I conduct classes for students ranging from young children to those preparing for entrance exams, and in the process, I provide psychological counseling using the medium of art for those in need of psychological support. Art enhances the organization of thought through the connection of lines and allows one to experience joy and psychological stability through a deep understanding of color. The diverse artistic expressions mentioned here refer to the visualization of meaningful words through metaphors and the enhancement of the ability to perceive the environment with an integrated and creative perspective. By conducting the "Today's Emotion Diary" class currently serialized on Brunch, I help improve self-control in daily life and transform psychological difficulties into rational emotions, thereby boosting self-efficacy and emotional intelligence. All activities conducted with me are art as a means of expressing one's thoughts. In particular, I aim to aid in the development of comprehensive cognitive abilities by enhancing visual and emotional three-dimensional thinking.
