I am Oh Al-rok, and I wish to communicate with introverted and timid children who take a long time to adapt to new environments.🍀 I am a teacher holding national professional qualifications as a Youth Counselor and Youth Leader, who listens to children's stories with respect and empathizes with them. I had a childhood where I struggled to adapt to new spaces like 'school' due to moving and entering elementary school. That is why I understand even more how introverted and timid children feel.💌 I am also the author of the illustrated book *A Kind Heart*, which was published for children who have difficulty adapting to new environments. I am Oh Al-rok, a counselor who received tearful praise from 12 out of the 14 children I met at school.🍀 In counseling sessions, it is said that 'praise🥰' equals 'tears😭'; through sincere counseling, it is truly important to draw out the client's genuine feelings and deep inner emotions.💌 I will listen to the children's inner selves and help resolve inappropriate emotions through empathy. I cannot forget the bright smile on the child's face as they said, "After talking with you, Teacher, my heart feels as light as a feather!😃❣" I will help this child receive positive support through our meeting, acquire social skills, and grow into a healthy adult. I will cheer for our children, who shine with a variety of colorful hues, so that they can fully enjoy the world and live their lives to the fullest.😌💚
