I have over 16 years of teaching experience and have been managing an academy for 3 years. Holding a professional TESOL certification and having graduated from a graduate program in TESOL, I base my teaching on thinking from the student's perspective. However, since the importance of entrance exams cannot be excluded from English education in Korea, I believe it is crucial to prioritize advanced learning and teach the fundamentals of English well while ensuring students do not fall behind in the competition.
