I am someone who lives by the belief that "the power of questioning changes the world." Since childhood, I have been more curious about "why?" than the correct answer, and I have valued the "experience of learning together" more than mere instruction. Therefore, to me, education is not an act of injecting knowledge, but a companionship that explores life together. My educational philosophy begins with the simple statement, "Learning grows within relationships." From the moment I memorize a child's name to remembering their small gaze and tone of voice—all of this is the beginning of what I consider true education. Children learn on their own when they are trusted, and they find courage when they are respected. I want to be a guide who watches over that process alongside them. And above all, I want to be an educator who teaches how to fail. Through the "education of failure," which holds greater learning than success, I hope students will find the courage to say, "Teacher, I'll try again," when they fall, rather than crying alone. Education is always about believing in human potential. That is why, even today, dreaming of a classroom that embraces questions rather than answers, I aspire to be a teacher who leaves a warm mark on a person's life.
