Hello. I am an English instructor with four years of experience. I have taught students of various ages and levels, ranging from 7-year-olds to high schoolers, while simultaneously working as an academy instructor and private tutor. I cover all areas of English, including grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, and conversation, and conduct customized lessons tailored to each child's goals and learning style. I teach based on two educational philosophies: "It is okay to make mistakes" and "It is important to progress steadily, even if you are a little slow." I help children grow naturally at their own pace without fearing errors during the learning process. Rather than focusing on quick results, I prioritize building a foundation where children can gain confidence in English and continue their learning proactively. Classes are conducted in a calm and stable atmosphere, and I always maintain an open attitude to ensure children feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their thoughts. I respect each child's personality and learning style, and I flexibly adjust the direction of the lessons accordingly.
