Hello. I am Lee Young-sook, an instructor who helps improve literacy and reflect on life through the medium of humanities classics and picture books. I conduct classes in humanities classic recitation, picture book reading, and writing for a wide range of age groups, from preschoolers to elementary school students, teenagers, and adults. Based on over 10 years of experience in writing and reading instruction, I pursue classes that cultivate critical thinking, expression, and empathy, rather than simply transmitting knowledge. In particular, through learner-centered class design, I foster an active reading culture where participants speak, write, and share their own thoughts. I will join you on a journey to reflect on life through books, discover yourself through writing, and establish literacy as a source of strength in life.
