For 44 years, I taught and researched mathematics in middle and high schools and university departments. Although I am currently taking a break as a professor emeritus, witnessing the murky reality of mathematics education, I harbor a passion for proper mathematics education and am burning with enthusiasm for treating students who have given up on math.
