As an entrance exam English teacher, my goal is to create my own signature lecture style. This is because I am confident in my ability to appeal to students with my unique singularity using self-produced textbooks in grammar and descriptive writing, which are the areas I am most confident in. Having worked closely with students and witnessed their struggles particularly with grammar and descriptive writing, I have always felt within myself, "I am confident that I can teach these areas more easily and effectively than anyone else." The value I have gained through my experience is that no matter how successful an instructor may be, if they are not willing to sit beside a student and patiently explain things step by step, it does not constitute good teaching. I communicate closely with students with a humble attitude, treating one student as if they were a hundred. This is because an instructor must fulfill the role of helping a child grow as a whole person, rather than merely conveying knowledge.
