I hold a Master's degree (Cum Laude) in British and American Studies, a Bachelor's degree in Education, and a TESOL certificate. I’ve had the privilege of living in South Korea for five years, which gave me a deep understanding of how essential English education is for students there. I’ve taught elementary school students at Sungshin Elementary and Maewon Elementary in Seoul, where I worked with students from 1st to 6th grade. As the head of both the 1st and 5th-grade levels, as well as a homeroom teacher, I was responsible for designing the curriculum for the English language program. Additionally, I taught English at Handong University’s immersion camps in Pohang, working with both elementary and middle school students. I have experience teaching students of various levels and enjoy using a diverse range of teaching methods to keep my lessons engaging and effective. Creating a fun, nurturing, and safe environment for students is essential to me, as I want every student to feel comfortable enough to make mistakes, learn, and improve. Originally from England, I grew up in sunny South Africa, and I look forward to bringing both my international experience and passion for teaching to our lessons.
