Hello, I am Tae, a startup CEO. When I was young, I was a gifted student in science and mathematics. I still remember the questions from the university gifted education center I attended during elementary school. "Assuming you are God, reconstruct the solar system based on Newton's laws." There was no time limit for the exam. I found this problem incredibly interesting. I remember sitting alone for 10 hours, drawing on all the knowledge I had gained from devouring science magazines, to design the solar system across dozens of pages of B4 paper. However, unlike the gifted education center, which was filled with interesting experiments and questions that stimulated my curiosity, school, which I attended every day like a duty, was hell for me. Textbooks were incredibly boring, and the problems designed for repetitive learning seemed foolish. I studied to please my parents and did well, but at some point, studying solely for exams became incredibly boring. Even when I went to the library, reading books was full of interesting examples and theories, so I couldn't understand why I had to take these exams. As time went on, I came to believe that the existing education system could not nurture my innate talents. Because it wasn't fun, I didn't interact with others, and being alone caused my self-esteem to plummet. The time spent zoning out aimlessly in the classroom was agonizing. This painful time continued through my high school dormitory life and my time studying abroad; I was finally liberated only when I went to university and the mandatory sitting time was eliminated. Since I was young, my dream was to drop out of school. Observing many children, I discover others who are going through experiences similar to mine. Children are born with unique talents and diverse multiple intelligences. A child who is at the bottom of the class at this moment might be considered a problem child by some, but in the future, they could be the next Oprah Winfrey or Einstein. I believe that thinking humans can be educated into a standardized form to fit the Industrial Revolution is an act of arrogance and a form of violence. I have been researching and opening an era of global talent standardization that goes beyond the standardized entrance examination system. In this global AI era where borders have collapsed, how can children grow into competitive talents? How can we raise our children to be self-reliant individuals capable of taking care of themselves without relying on their parents? How can they motivate themselves and gain the drive to solve problems? I have dedicated my research solely to this topic and have proven it through actual testing on myself and my company. I will share that process, including all the trial and error involved. I will lecture on methods to foster a child's growth with solid self-esteem. Nothing is absolute, as all education can be relative depending on the interpretation. However, I will share the experiences that are relatively the most persuasive.
