Hello. I am Yoo Jin-ah, a "Space Trainer" and Representative of the Nadawoon Organizing Research Institute. I help parents and children build healthier lives through organization. I believe that organizing is not merely a skill to make a house tidy, but a fundamental power that transforms lifestyle habits and even the flow of thought. In my lectures for parents, I first cover the basic principles and methods of organizing. While learning specific methods for organizing spaces in daily life—such as clothes, the kitchen, and a child's room—we examine together the reasons why organization has been difficult. Additionally, by incorporating interview dialogues, I guide you to identify the reasons for organizational bottlenecks within your daily habits, rather than attributing them to emotions or laziness. Ultimately, the key begins with understanding how to organize properly. In my classes for children, I focus on basic daily habits and train them through small practices, such as organizing bags, clothes, and school supplies. Through the repeated practice of putting items back in their proper places, children develop self-regulation and gradually cultivate the ability to manage their own lives. Organizing is a fundamental skill for life that is necessary for everyone.
