Hello, I am Clara, a music composition instructor. "Why is composing on standard staff so difficult?" I have solved this fundamental problem using my extensive teaching know-how accumulated over many years in the field, both domestically and internationally. Based on an educational solution that I personally planned and directed, I have also completed a technology transfer through industry-academia collaboration with Professor Byung-Kyu Kim's lab at the Department of Artificial Intelligence Engineering, Sookmyung Women's University. Currently, 'ICT I Am a Composer' is being provided to public education institutions in Korea and is being used in numerous school classes. As a field instructor myself, I have also met children directly at schools. "Every single student in my class succeeded in composing without exception!" "The children know the musical notes, but they always get confused about the beat. This helps them grasp the concept of rhythm on their own. It's a total genius!" Encouraged by the support of teachers who have left such grateful feedback in the field, I, as the developer of this program, wish to personally gift the "joy of creating real music" to even more children. My classes are strictly tailored to "the child's own pace." While I am a composer, I have also worked as a coding instructor in schools. This is because, having taught countless children in the public education system, I have deeply experienced that each child has a different speed in acquiring and handling technology. Rather than following a mechanical curriculum, I lead the race strictly at "the child's own pace." Of course, I never push them too hard. As a composer with extensive field experience both domestically and internationally, I warmly lead them to naturally draw out themes at their level and express them through music. We live in an era where AI takes care of everything for us. However, I deeply feel that in this age of technology, artistic contemplation and philosophy make humanity shine even brighter. "Staff composition" is the highest level of musical art and a process of philosophical thought that humans can wield. Beautiful music is logical. For it is the process of extracting the smallest thoughts within, connecting them logically to refine a melody, and pressing them firmly onto the staff to complete a world.
