Hello. I am Jo Myeong-sil, author of *Hello, Speech!*, a book about happy speaking for both mother and child, and a professional kids' speech instructor. Learning is boring when the child becomes the audience and the teacher conducts the class in a lecture-style manner. On the other hand, learning is fun when the child becomes the protagonist and the teacher becomes a wonderful supporting actor helping the protagonist. When a child becomes the protagonist—whether a reporter, debater, president, or public speaker—and gains the experience of researching current affairs, analyzing them using the five Ws and one H (who, what, where, when, why, and how), and finally presenting their findings, current affairs no longer feel like dry study material but rather a vivid experience. This is because they participated as the protagonists themselves. I want to conduct classes that make the child the protagonist. Children who cultivate critical thinking skills through current affairs will develop curiosity about the world and grow into leaders with the global stage. I am confident that this four-week speech experience will be the first step in enabling the child to confidently unfold their life. Thank you.
