I was very worried since it was my child's first time taking online classes, but the teacher did a great job guiding the lesson so that my child could focus and participate. My child worked hard on the homework assigned by the teacher, insisting that it had to be done. Whenever my child said, "Mr. Youngchan is great, and he says we have to do this," my child did it without complaint. My child also explained the tactics learned from his friends quite well. I signed up for this special vacation course hoping to have a structured break, and it seems I have successfully achieved my goal. Since the class starts at 8:30 AM, I was able to wake up and get ready at my usual time, which was great because I couldn't afford to be lazy in the mornings on class days. However, since it is a Zoom class, the website I need to access for playing chess didn't work well on my tablet (though perhaps due to my lack of skill), so I used my laptop. This meant I had the hassle of carrying it around while traveling.

Now that the chess class is over, I feel I made the right decision to take it. Just as my child said they were surprised by how well the teacher taught, the instructor tailored the lessons to the child's level so that even a beginner could easily understand. The systematic explanations guided us to naturally grasp the principles of chess, and I also appreciated learning how to think logically, consider the next move, and execute the entire process. Above all, I am even more satisfied because this class helped me discover the fun of chess. This is the class I would recommend the most, and I am grateful to be able to continue taking such high-quality chess lessons.
