I have taught English and run an academy for 24 years, and currently, I conduct English coaching tailored to personality types. In addition, for 14 years, I have worked as a U&I Learning & Career Counseling expert and a TCI Temperament Test & Counseling expert, helping many parents and children understand their strengths and find a direction for growth beyond just academics. Over the years, I have met countless elementary, middle, and high school students and listened to their diverse concerns. While everyone had their own individual worries about English, they ultimately wanted one thing: It was the goal of "I want to be good at English!" However, since children have different personalities and temperaments, is it truly effective to teach English to all of them using the same method? After much deliberation on this matter, I started U&I Learning & Career Counseling 14 years ago. To gain a deeper understanding of a child's temperament and tendencies, we have introduced the TCI Temperament Test and professional interpretation counseling. Through this, we help parents and children understand each other, facilitate smoother communication, reduce conflict, and form a healthier and happier relationship. Many parents worry, asking, "Why does my child behave this way?" and "How can I motivate them to study?" However, once you begin to understand your child's temperament, what you considered problems will find clues to solutions, and accepting your child as they are can make the relationship much smoother. Currently, I conduct counseling and lectures both online and offline, helping parents and children find a path to grow together.
