I signed up for this class after seeing my child, who used to study from books while attending classes in Yeongdo, unable to say a single word during a trip. Even though my child was a complete beginner, the teacher guided the class so well, making it comfortable and enjoyable! From a certain point on, my child started talking about their feelings and answering questions and playing games prepared for them. Even though it is only once a week, I can really feel my child becoming more at ease. Unfortunately, we have to stop for a while due to a schedule change, but I think I will definitely do it again! I highly recommend it!!! :)

The advantage of free talking is that you can tailor the lesson however you like. Teacher Diane is very accommodating. She leads us in doing various things we can talk about verbally, and I like that I can request to focus on specific activities if I find them particularly interesting. Even though I’ve been seeing her for several months now, we still go back and forth asking each other, "What do you think about this topic?" and new stories keep coming up, which is fun. I'm a big fan of Diane's! Love her♡

I asked the teacher to use various materials for our lessons, and we are currently proceeding with those. I realized that free talking without any materials would be difficult for even five minutes. It is interesting to see the diverse materials presented every time, as it makes me think about what American children encounter in school. Free talking, Q&A, games, reading and explaining are all fun. I am using this time to relax and build familiarity with English and my foreign teacher. See you next week, Diane :)
