Hey kids, let's play in English! I am Teacher Jay, here to help you boost your confidence in English. I am a native English speaker with over 10 years of teaching experience. Meeting many students in Korea, I realized that children are afraid to speak English for fear of making mistakes. Even if they study vocabulary and grammar diligently, if they cannot actually use the language, it will be difficult for them to find both the fun and meaning in English. I guide students to speak English naturally in an atmosphere where they feel comfortable enough to make mistakes. My classes are designed so that English is not seen as a difficult and burdensome subject, but as a language to be enjoyed, listened to, spoken, and used. My biggest goal is to build confidence in English and create an environment where students naturally want to speak it on their own. I recommend my classes to all students who want to use English as a natural language, rather than treating it as a "test question they must not get wrong"!
