Hello, I am Teacher Crystal. As an educational executive and branding expert, I have experience in personal and cosmetic branding, as well as the branding and operation of large-scale English academies and educational franchises. While teaching learners of various ages and levels—from preschoolers to middle and high school students and adults—the issue I have consistently identified is the "gap in the foundation." In particular, since language learning in early childhood is connected not only to subsequent reading, writing, and speaking but also to critical thinking skills and learning confidence, how the initial learning structure is designed is extremely important. That is why, at Paro Edu, I personally oversee the children's initial learning and basic language classes. My role is to meticulously design the very first learning structure so that the child remains unwavering even when encountering higher-level English and diverse academic fields in the future. On the other hand, as a child's learning progresses and their areas of interest expand, we believe it is more effective to connect them with educators who possess expertise and strengths in specific fields, rather than having a single teacher handle all subjects. Therefore, instead of operating all classes centered around a single instructor, Paro Edu is building an educational structure where teachers from various countries and experts in their respective fields design and manage classes based on their majors, educational experience, philosophies, and strengths. A key feature of Paro Edu is that education can naturally expand from basic English—including vocabulary, grammar, and writing—to English-based subjects such as science, economics, and social studies, tailored to the child's stage of growth and areas of interest. Currently at Kookoo, you can experience Paro Edu's programs centered around classes taught by me, Teacher Crystal, Teacher Samantha (who teaches science in U.S. public schools), and Teacher Diane (who covers economics and society). We plan to continuously introduce classes from Paro Edu teachers who possess diverse expertise and educational experience. To ensure that a child's first English learning begins on a solid foundation and naturally expands into broader knowledge and their own areas of interest as they grow, Paro Edu aims for an educational approach where a single teacher does not lead the entire learning journey. Instead, we connect children with the right educators needed for their growth and design the most suitable learning experiences for each stage. Paro Edu will be with you from the very beginning through the process of growth, helping children move beyond learning English merely as a subject to study and instead use it as a language to understand the world and express their own thoughts.
