I have been involved in private education for a long time, starting from my college days. While working, I have received a lot of positive feedback and evaluations; however, recently, I have come to realize that large group lectures do not suit me as well, and that teaching small groups is a better fit for me. With the number of students decreasing and schools trending toward reducing class sizes, I want to become an instructor who can teach even a small number of students to ensure they fully understand the material, rather than handling an excessive number of students at once.
