Hello! My name is Yamato Matsuba. After graduating from graduate school, I worked as a corporate track and field athlete. Currently, I teach at a university, lecturing on sports and exercise, coaching the track and field team, and providing exercise instruction to corporate athletes and elementary school students, as well as personal body shaping coaching for the general public.
